Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Prepaid packs

Memberships are one-time prepaid packs (no auto-renewal), so there is nothing to cancel — access simply ends when the pack expires.

2. Refunds

If a payment was captured but your membership did not activate, contact us within 7 days and we will activate it or refund in full. Refunds for change of mind are available within 48 hours of purchase if you have not used a paid AI analysis in that period. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically in 5–7 working days.

3. Failed payments

Amounts debited for failed orders are auto-refunded by your bank/Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days.
